Business Growth Specialist for E-commerce Sellers

We are looking for a highly motivated Business Growth Specialist to help deliver our product offerings and solutions to e-commerce sellers. As a key member of the SmartCommerce core team, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities to innovate with customers, influencing the product roadmap.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Understand products and services offered by SmartBiz and articulate its features and benefits to target sellers.
  • Innovate to improve efficiency across sales funnel from lead to launch.
  • Onboard and scale high value sellers on Smartbiz.
  • Pilot and experiment with different target groups to identify ideal customer sets.
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for specific areas of the product, providing relevant insights and influencing the product roadmap.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of sales experience, analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers. Preferred qualifications include experience meeting revenue targets and quotas, e-commerce experience, and working in a fast-paced cross-functional organization.
