Sales Channel Growth Specialist

Astar Data LLP is hiring an experienced Sales Channel Growth Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for driving growth through strategic partnerships, building long-term relationships with existing partners, and identifying collaboration opportunities within new and existing accounts.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the technology industry, with a minimum of 5-8 years of experience in sales development roles. A proven track record of evangelizing new products and solutions is essential, as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills.
The role involves working closely with sales/account teams and customers to execute partner priorities, building and executing partner GTM plans for each account, and collaborating with the partner organization for deal sourcing.
We offer a competitive salary of $130,000 - $160,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a generous base salary, we also provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
About the JobThis role requires a dynamic individual who can build long-term relationships with existing partners, identify collaboration opportunities within new and existing accounts, and drive joint Go-To-Market motions. The successful candidate will have a strong numerical and analytical aptitude, as well as the ability to articulate complex ideas effectively.
The role involves:
- Building and executing partner GTM plans for each account
- Working with internal and external stakeholders to win opportunities with partner support
- Sales/account teams and customers to execute partner priorities
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in technology, partners/channels, and sales development roles
- Understanding of Data and Analytics solutions, ISVs, and Cloud environment (desired)
- Demonstrated experience in evangelizing new products and solutions
