About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Channel Sales Specialist to join our team in Bangalore, India. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in channel sales or partner management, preferably in the technology sector.

The successful candidate will provide support for Genetec partners, helping them execute account management strategies to drive sales and business growth. This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reaching out to new and existing customers to increase sales, specifically with respect to Genetec advantage renewals
  • Implementing concepts from 'The Challenger Sale' book to drive sales growth
  • Providing customer demos on Genetec products and preparing quotes based on clients' needs
  • Supporting field reps and customers with all pre-sales functions, including research and updating customer records and forecasting in the CRM
  • Working closely with suppliers and various departments to identify special pricing opportunities
  • Communicating regularly with field reps and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to achieve revenue goals
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience in channel sales or partner management, preferably in the technology sector
  • Strong understanding of channel dynamics and sales processes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities
  • Proficient in using CRM software and sales analytics tools
