Inside Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team at Hotelogix India Private Limited.

Job Profile:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth through proactive outreach, building strong relationships with customers, and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and expand our customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calls, emails, and other sales outreach efforts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless sales processes and customer support.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
