About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team at Apna. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving customer acquisition and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
  • Understand customer needs and requirements
  • Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
  • Closing sales and achieving monthly revenue targets
  • Research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest
  • Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned accounts
  • Perform effective online demos to high-value prospects

Requirements:

  • Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong listening and presentation skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
