About this role:

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales plan to achieve revenue targets
  • Lead and motivate a sales team to deliver outstanding results
  • Foster strong relationships with distributors, customers, and internal departments
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and category expertise

Requirements:

  • Graduate degree in any specialization; PGDM/ MBA in Marketing or Sales Management (mandatory)
  • At least 12 years of sales experience in FMCG, preferably in food services

A competitive estimated salary range of ₹25,00,000 - ₹40,00,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, plus additional benefits.
