We are seeking a highly experienced Sales Leader to join our team at Placement Partners Consulting in Bangalore.

The ideal candidate will have 4 to 8 years of experience in selling premium residential properties and possess excellent negotiation skills.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Selling Residential Units and managing day-to-day sales activities
  • Developing product strategies and segmenting the market to drive sales
  • Managing Broker and Channel Partner Sales
  • Seeking out and introducing buyers, providing advice on current market conditions
  • Arranging inspections and negotiating business terms for real estate contracts
  • Driving Sales Targets and assisting in Sales strategy development
  • Managing critical dates and updating senior management on key decisions

The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing the Sales program to achieve time, cost, and quality targets. Additionally, they will lead generation and sales closures, provide after-sales assistance, and manage a team of sales professionals at a later stage.
