We are seeking an experienced sales leader to join our team as a Senior Sales Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing sales team, developing strategic sales plans, and driving revenue growth for the company.

About the Role:

The Senior Sales Manager will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and expansion for DriveX. You will be responsible for managing a high-performing sales team, developing strategic sales plans, and analysing market trends to identify new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve corporate goals and objectives
  • Lead a high-performing sales team and set performance targets
  • Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies for key accounts
  • Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics to ensure targets are met

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a sales leadership role with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong understanding of the sales process and experience implementing effective sales strategies
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to use data to drive decision-making
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships

Salary Range: ₹1,100,000 - ₹1,600,000 per annum
