Senior Sales Growth Manager

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Senior Sales Growth Manager to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in B2B sales to take their career to the next level.
Job Summary:The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth through strategic planning, client acquisition, and pipeline management. They will work closely with our internal teams to align efforts and ensure seamless execution of client projects.
Main Responsibilities:- Business Development Strategy: Develop and execute strategies to drive B2B sales growth, aligned with company objectives
- Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Identify and engage potential clients (retailers, corporates, distributors), deliver portfolio presentations, and close new business deals
- Sales Pipeline Management: Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams to align efforts and ensure seamless execution of client projects
- Contract Negotiation & Closing: Lead pricing and contract negotiations while ensuring compliance with company policies
- Market Research & Intelligence: Conduct market analysis to stay ahead of trends and position the company as an industry leader
- Reporting & Analysis: Maintain accurate sales records, prepare performance reports, and provide insights to management
- Experience: 5-7 years in B2B sales or business development, preferably in the furniture or manufacturing sectors. MBA is a plus
- Skills: Strong B2B sales expertise, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and proficiency in Google Suite
- Personal Attributes: Self-motivated, strategic thinker, with proven problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events
$80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience
