Senior Manager Position for Sales Growth

Moglix is seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager to spearhead sales growth in the South Market, specifically focusing on Chennai and Bangalore. As a key player in our team, you will be responsible for driving business expansion through new customer acquisition and nurturing existing relationships.
Job Responsibilities- Hunter Instinct: Identify and onboard new organizations as clients and strategic partners, leveraging your exceptional sales skills to drive growth.
- Sales Strategy Execution: Plan, execute, and monitor sales operations to achieve accelerated growth, ensuring seamless fulfillment of orders and adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Customer Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with Infra customers, particularly from the infrastructure industry, converting them into consistent key accounts.
- Travel and Communication: Travel extensively to meet Bitumen customers, maintaining direct communication and coordination to minimize OEM dependency and ensure timely contract execution.
- Experience: 8+ years of relevant experience in Steel, TMT, Bitumen items sales in a B2B Model - Infra Segment.
- Skills: Excellent communication and people management skills, with a proven track record in sales hunting, new client acquisition, and driving sales targets.
- Qualifications: B. Tech (Electrical) & MBA from a reputable Tier 1/2/3 institute.
We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of ₹15,00,000 per annum, plus additional benefits such as performance bonuses, health insurance, and retirement plans. The salary range may vary based on location and experience.
