Role Summary

This is a full-time on-site opportunity for a Senior Sales and Business Growth Manager at Landscape Realty in Bengaluru South. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving new business development through effective client communication, engagement during guided site visits, and fostering long-term relationships to drive sales and growth for the company.

The remuneration package includes an attractive salary ranging from ₹8.5 lakhs to ₹12 lakhs per annum, depending on experience, plus lucrative incentives for meeting performance targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective strategies to drive new business growth and revenue expansion.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing personalized solutions.
  • Conduct regular site visits to engage with clients, assess market trends, and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Provide market insights and competitor analysis to inform business decisions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven track record of success in sales and business development, preferably in the real estate industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for market trends.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
