We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Business Growth Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by acquiring new customers, retaining existing business, and negotiating major deals.


About the Role



  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships and collaborations.
  • Negotiate and close deals with existing and new customers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to drive sales growth.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to address them.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.

Requirements



  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a focus on customer acquisition and retention.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.
