Global Sales and Business Growth Manager

About the Role:- This is a fantastic opportunity to drive sales growth in a designated territory by engaging with dealers and promoting the Powerol brand.
- We are seeking an experienced sales professional with a proven track record of success in channel sales, preferably in the power tools or electrical components industry.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with our team and dealers to promote the Powerol brand
- Driving sales in a designated territory through dealer engagement and support
- Generating and converting inquiries while preparing monthly business plans
- Identifying customer needs and designing promotional campaigns
- Training dealer staff and ensuring adherence to sales standards
- Conducting competitor analysis and managing dealer stock levels
- Liaising with retail finance companies and service dealers for enhanced customer satisfaction
- Generating monthly MIS reports on sales and inquiries
Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering (preferably Electrical/Mechanical) or MBA
- At least 3-6 years of experience in channel sales, preferably in the power tools or electrical components industry
- Proven sales track record and market knowledge
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
