About the Role:
  • This is a fantastic opportunity to drive sales growth in a designated territory by engaging with dealers and promoting the Powerol brand.
  • We are seeking an experienced sales professional with a proven track record of success in channel sales, preferably in the power tools or electrical components industry.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with our team and dealers to promote the Powerol brand
  • Driving sales in a designated territory through dealer engagement and support
  • Generating and converting inquiries while preparing monthly business plans
  • Identifying customer needs and designing promotional campaigns
  • Training dealer staff and ensuring adherence to sales standards
  • Conducting competitor analysis and managing dealer stock levels
  • Liaising with retail finance companies and service dealers for enhanced customer satisfaction
  • Generating monthly MIS reports on sales and inquiries

Requirements:

  • Degree in Engineering (preferably Electrical/Mechanical) or MBA
  • At least 3-6 years of experience in channel sales, preferably in the power tools or electrical components industry
  • Proven sales track record and market knowledge
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
