Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Sales/Business Development professional to lead our growth initiatives in India. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales revenue through strategic partnerships and identifying new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional clients, including fund managers, AIFs, corporates and private equity/venture capital firms
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the region
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business results
Requirements:
- Minimum 9-12 years of experience in direct sales/BD hunting role with similar financial services companies
- Experience working with private equity/venture capital, asset managers and institutional/corporate clients
- Demonstrated ability to interact with C-suite/Senior personnel members of client organizations
- Articulate communication and presentation skills, with ability to network with clients, prospects and partners
- MBA Finance/Marketing or equivalent qualification
What We Offer:
A competitive salary of approximately **₹150 lakh** per annum ( ₹1.5 crores), along with exposure to all aspects of the business, cross-jurisdiction and to working with senior management directly.
