We're looking for a seasoned professional to join our team at Assembly Global as a Senior Account Growth Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the strategic growth and planning excellence of key client relationships in the region.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of some of our most complex client relationships and drive business growth through innovative strategies and exceptional account management.

You will work closely with senior client stakeholders, internal teams, and external partners to deliver results-driven solutions that meet and exceed client expectations.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement tailored client strategies to drive revenue growth and improve market share
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver integrated media plans and activation campaigns
  • Maintain and strengthen client relationships through proactive communication and relationship-building
  • Manage and develop direct reports to ensure high-performing teams
  • Collaborate with specialist teams to identify new business opportunities and upsell/cross-sell initiatives
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and channel updates to inform client strategies

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in media agency-side roles, with at least 2 years in a people-management and managerial role
  • Fluent English communication, verbal and written
  • Strong understanding of digital channels, including Search, Social, Programmatic, Affiliates, and Marketplace
  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders, including media partners and external agencies
  • Demonstrable experience in translating client objectives into feasible digital strategies with a focus on performance marketing
  • Strong knowledge of the APAC media landscape to adapt and localise global and regional strategies
  • Proven track record in managing complex accounts with multiple stakeholders across India and APAC effectively while developing strong client relationships
