Job Title: Senior Account Manager, Seller Growth & Development

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Account Manager to lead the growth and development of our top sellers on Amazon.in. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving business growth, managing high-performing teams, and developing strategic business plans.

Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to goal setting for your team to align with organizational goals.
  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and improve the end customer and seller experience.
  • Manage and deliver against complex goals where strategy is not defined.
  • Build and cultivate strong relationships with sellers in your team's portfolio.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of sales experience.
  • Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers.
  • Experience and understanding of the retail and wholesale landscape in India.
  • Experience managing teams and driving business growth.
