Channel Management Specialist

About the Role:
The Channel Management Specialist - Seller Operations will be responsible for managing and growing the business of sellers on the Flipkart Health+ platform. This includes working closely with regional sellers and partners to build and grow their business, developing and deploying incentives and commissions, and resolving seller and customer issues.
Seller Operations:
The Channel Management Specialist - Seller Operations will own the terms of operations with seller partners to plan, track, and improve operations metrics such as O2A, breach, SLAs, and customer promise. This will involve end-to-end operations and business management for channel partners with internal stakeholders such as supply chain, product, and technology teams, as well as accounts.
Planning & Trade Marketing:
The Channel Management Specialist - Seller Operations will be responsible for sales planning and forecasting on a monthly and quarterly basis, making growth plans at the seller level, and defining the roadmap to achieve those plans. This will also involve developing and driving programs to improve key shapeable metrics for the platform, as well as impeccable in-store presence and promotional campaigns to drive seller effectiveness and sustainable sales growth.
Program Management:
The Channel Management Specialist - Seller Operations will coordinate with stakeholders across functions to enable support for the channel and programs, and will have close working relationships with on-field sales teams to drive adherence to processes and systems.
