The Channel Management, Sales Operations, and Customer Service Specialist will play a pivotal role in driving sales efficiency and enhancing customer satisfaction. This role involves managing relationships with distribution partners, optimizing sales processes, and ensuring seamless communication between sales teams and customers.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and implementing a Channel Partner Program to motivate distributors
  • Reviewing and assessing the India Channel Partner Network, identifying opportunities for business growth, and appointing new dealers
  • Collaborating with Sales Managers to develop and execute partner growth plans and quarterly meetings
  • Developing excellent communication channels with partners and managing engagement rules and conflicts
  • Maintaining distribution management tools for selecting, managing, and terminating relationships with partners
  • Developing and planning Soft Skills and Technical training for the channel team

Additionally, this role will oversee the customer service department, ensuring exceptional service delivery and customer satisfaction. This includes developing and implementing customer service strategies, managing a high-performing team, and fostering a customer-centric culture across the organization.

Key qualifications for this role include:

  • Leadership experience in sales, channel management, sales operations, or customer service, with a minimum of 5-10 years of experience
  • Extensive experience in managing relationships with distribution partners and understanding various channel strategies and models
  • Experience in developing and implementing customer service strategies that enhance customer satisfaction and retention
  • Cross-functional collaboration and project management experience
