Business Development Manager for Payouts Channel Job Summary
Amazon Pay (India) Private Limited seeks a highly motivated Business Development Manager for Payouts Channel to lead the charter to scale Payouts Channel for Amazon Pay Gift Card and Voucher business. The ideal candidate will be numbers driven, team oriented, an effective communicator, and have a desire to participate in change and appreciate a dynamic environment with rapidly changing priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive gift card sales through B2B2C/Gaming and Corporate Payouts channel viz. key corporate customers across Ecommerce/Online Services/Gaming and Fintech industries by interacting with CXO's within these companies.
- On-board new corporates for Amazon gift cards by providing solutions to their consumer promotion, loyalty, payouts, and rewards use cases by successfully closing complex negotiations.
- Own and cultivate the business relationship with the key partners and corporate customers with a long-term vision to make Amazon Pay Gift Cards their top choice for aforementioned use cases.
- Be accountable for driving, measuring, and reporting on key performance metrics across partner platforms.
- Prepare and give business reviews to the senior management team regarding progress and roadblocks to closing new customers.
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional or military experience.
- 2+ years of generating new opportunities with strong focus on pipeline tracking and deal execution through entire sales cycle experience.
- 2+ years of exceeding quota and key performance metrics experience.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Experience using Excel at an advanced level including practical knowledge of VBA/macros and advanced Excel functions.
