About the Role

The Channel Management Lead will play a crucial role in driving the growth of Flipkart Health+, a health tech start-up that aims to make healthcare affordable and accessible to millions of Indians. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of sellers on the Flipkart Health+ platform, driving initiatives to scale business, and working closely with regional sellers and partners to build and grow their business on the platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deploy incentives and commissions for sellers to drive growth and improve key metrics
  • Manage end-to-end operations for channel partners, including planning, tracking, and improving operations metrics such as O2A, Breach, SLAs, and Customer Promise
  • Work closely with the marketing team to drive on-ground activities and develop programs to improve key shapeable metrics for the platform
  • Coordinate with stakeholders across functions to enable support for the channel and programs
  • Close working relationships with on-field sales teams and driving adherence to processes and systems
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, marketing, or business development, with experience in managing teams and driving business growth. They will be a strategic thinker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
