About the Role:

As a key member of the Flipkart Health+ team, you will be responsible for managing and growing the business of our channel partners. This includes working closely with regional sellers to build and grow their business on our platform, developing and deploying incentives and commissions, and resolving seller and customer issues.

Seller Operations:

You will own the terms of operations with our seller partners, planning, tracking, and improving operations metrics such as O2A, Breach, SLAs, and Customer Promise. You will also be responsible for end-to-end ops and business management for our channel partners, working closely with internal stakeholders such as supply chain, product, and technology teams, as well as accounts.

Planning & Trade Marketing:

You will be responsible for sales planning and forecasting on a monthly and quarterly basis, making growth plans at the seller level, and defining the roadmap to achieve those plans. You will also develop and drive programs to improve key shapeable metrics for our platform, and ensure impeccable in-store presence and promotional campaigns to drive seller effectiveness and sustainable sales growth.

Program Management:

You will coordinate with stakeholders across functions to enable support for our channel and programs, and work closely with on-field sales teams to drive adherence to processes and systems.
