We are seeking a skilled Senior Client Growth Manager to join our team at NextGrowth Labs. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and retaining relationships with existing clients, increasing the client base, and having an in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition.

This position requires that you have a flair for Mobile & Web Marketing and selling SaaS products. You will need to qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities, contact potential clients through cold calls and emails, present our company to potential clients, identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services, customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction, build long-term trusting relationships with clients, proactively seek new business opportunities in the market, set up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and Account Executives, and report to the Business Development Manager on sales results.

Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management: Manage and retain relationships with existing clients to increase revenue and expand the client base.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet sales targets and achieve business growth.
  • Lead Generation: Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities and convert them into paying customers.
  • Account Management: Manage client accounts to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Business Development: Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market to drive business growth.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports to the Business Development Manager on sales results and performance metrics.

Requirements

  • Sales Experience: 3+ years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales quotas and targets.
  • Candidate Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, ability to deliver engaging presentations, understanding of sales performance metrics, familiarity with MS Excel, and hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques.

What We Offer

A competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and bonuses.
