At Vegam Solutions, we are seeking a skilled Strategic Client Growth Specialist to join our team in Bangalore, India.
Job Overview:We are committed to delivering exceptional IT products and services that drive business success for our clients. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in managing client relationships, driving account growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with assigned clients, understanding their business needs, objectives, and challenges.
- Account Growth & Upselling: Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services, collaborating with the sales and product teams to introduce new features or solutions that drive client success.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (sales, product, development, support) to ensure effective communication and prioritization of client needs.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in account management, customer success, or sales in an IT product or SaaS company.
- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts while maintaining attention to detail and delivering excellent customer service.
The estimated salary range for this position is ₹8,50,000 - ₹12,00,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
