BigCity Promotions is seeking a Senior Business Growth Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development through strategic sales efforts.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in Inside Sales, with excellent communication and research skills. You will work closely with Marketing Heads, Chief Marketing Officers, and Trade Marketing teams to build strong relationships and identify new business opportunities.

You will be responsible for:

  • Setting up meetings with new clients and generating new opportunities in the Region assigned in loyalty marketing, sales promotions, contests, and sweepstakes.
  • Achieving targets at an individual level and meeting company objectives.
  • Researching, prospecting, cold calling, regular interactions, and email marketing to reach out to India's top brand managers, marketers, and marketing heads with intent to win business.

The successful candidate should have a keen sales and marketing acumen, specifically dealing with B2B corporate sales. Experience working in a team and prior experience of working with Brand and Marketing Managers and Decision Makers in sectors like Retail, Telecom, Consumer Durables, FMCG, Banking, and others will be preferred.

We are offering a competitive salary range of ₹8,00,000 - ₹12,00,000 per annum, depending on your experience and qualifications.
