Job Title: Senior Growth Leader

We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Development Manager to drive the growth of our EZY Fleet Franchise Network across India.

Compensation Package:

₹90,00,000 - ₹1,35,00,000 per annum, including bonuses and benefits

About the Job:

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the growth of our franchise network through strategic planning, execution, and monitoring of sales performance.

  • Network Expansion: Develop and implement strategies to identify, recruit, and onboard new franchisees.
  • Sales Strategy: Create and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
  • Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with existing and potential franchisees.
  • Team Management: Lead a team of sales professionals to deliver exceptional results.
Requirements:

MBA or equivalent degree. Minimum 7 years of experience in business development or franchise sales. Proven track record of delivering sales results. Strong understanding of the franchise industry and its trends. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
