**Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and execute strategic business plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Identify, qualify, develop, and close new opportunities for technical services.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, including lead generation, proposal creation, negotiations, and deal closure.

**Requirements:***

  • 8-10 years of experience in business development or sales within the IT services industry.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.

**Salary:** ₹40,00,000 - ₹60,00,000 per annum (depending on experience)
