Job Description:
As a Regional Sales Growth Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth in Canada and/or UK by identifying key decision-makers and relevant audiences within target companies.
You will maintain an active calling strategy, using provided tools to prioritize outreach over email campaigns, and work closely with technical teams to coordinate product demos and technical presentations for prospective clients.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in SaaS sales, ideally with products like Dynamics 365 CRM or similar.
- Proven track record in outbound phone sales, prospecting, and setting appointments with senior stakeholders.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with decision-makers.
- Ability to coordinate across teams, especially with technical departments, to arrange product demos.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and calling/sales automation platforms.
Compensation and Benefits:
The estimated salary for this position is ₹800,000 - ₹1,200,000 per annum, depending on experience. The company offers a dynamic work environment, opportunities for growth and development, and a competitive compensation package.
