Sales Leadership Opportunity
We're seeking an experienced sales leader to join our team as a Senior Sales Director. In this role, you will lead our high velocity mid-market India sales vertical and drive growth in the region. With 2500+ e-commerce brands globally across 50+ countries and $5M+ raised along the journey with marquee investors like Sequoia Capital India, Kunal Shah, Gaurav Munjal & more backing us.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Owning our overall mid-market India new revenue targets and doing everything it takes to overachieve our numbers.
- Managing an inbound team of sales account executives to close deals.
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to drive growth in the region.
- Maintaining accurate sales forecasts and tracking progress against targets.
You should have:
- 5+ years of sales experience, ideally with SaaS exposure.
- A track record of driving sales growth in high-growth companies.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
Estimated salary: $140,000 - $170,000 per year.
