Sales Leadership Opportunity

We're seeking an experienced sales leader to join our team as a Senior Sales Director. In this role, you will lead our high velocity mid-market India sales vertical and drive growth in the region. With 2500+ e-commerce brands globally across 50+ countries and $5M+ raised along the journey with marquee investors like Sequoia Capital India, Kunal Shah, Gaurav Munjal & more backing us.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Owning our overall mid-market India new revenue targets and doing everything it takes to overachieve our numbers.
  • Managing an inbound team of sales account executives to close deals.
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to drive growth in the region.
  • Maintaining accurate sales forecasts and tracking progress against targets.
Requirements

You should have:

  • 5+ years of sales experience, ideally with SaaS exposure.
  • A track record of driving sales growth in high-growth companies.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.

Estimated salary: $140,000 - $170,000 per year.
