Role Overview

This role involves leading our high-velocity mid-market India sales vertical, which is the core of our business. As a Senior Sales Strategist, you will be responsible for managing an outbound calling team and inside sales team, owning revenue targets, and implementing sales commission plans and CRM processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Owning overall mid-market India new revenue targets and exceeding expectations
  • Managing a team of business development representatives for setting up meetings and closing deals
  • Leading a team of inside sales account executives to close revenue and achieve sales targets
  • Monitoring and implementing sales commission plans, CRM processes, and other revenue operations
Requirements
  • 5+ years of sales experience, preferably with SaaS exposure
  • A proven track record of managing high-velocity sales motions
  • Strong business acumen and sales skills, with a passion for driving results
