Job OverviewThe role of a Senior Sales Strategist/Executive Account Manager at Hexnode requires you to develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth. You will identify and engage potential customers, build long-lasting relationships, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive new customer acquisition and expand existing ones.
Responsibilities:- Develop and execute against an assigned quota and territory plan to meet sales targets and increase revenue.
- Prospect, forecast, build, and maintain a high-activity sales pipeline with deals from start to finish via the sales cycle.
- Formulate compelling annual plans to drive new customer acquisition, expanding existing ones, and ensuring high retention rates on existing accounts.
- Support direct reports by participating and leading in client and prospect meetings.
- Cross-functional engagement with Marketing, Sales Engineering, Partnerships, Customer Success, and HR.
- Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities and progress towards targets.
- A minimum of 8-14 years of experience in IT Security sales with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Bachelor's degree in a business or technology field.
- Strong verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with partners/customers.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Effective time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
