Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager who can drive sales growth and expand our customer base. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of sales strategies, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build long-term relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing customers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance metrics.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's in Business Administration or related field.
  • 5-7 years' experience in sales or business development roles.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics.
