Your Role

We're looking for a highly motivated Business Development Manager to join our team in Bangalore. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and driving sales through strategic engagement with prospects.

Your Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  2. Conduct market research to identify potential customers and understand their needs.
  3. Presentation and demonstration of NetAnalytiks' solutions to potential customers.
  4. Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products and services.
  5. Work closely with the sales team to achieve quarterly sales targets.
  6. Monitor competitor activity and stay up-to-date with industry trends.
  7. Provide high-quality customer support and resolve any product-related issues.
  8. Attend industry conferences and networking events to expand our network.
  9. Maintain accurate sales records and analyze data to inform future sales strategies.

Your Qualifications

  • At least 4 years of experience in sales/business development, preferably in IT Services, Custom Application Development, and IT Staffing.
  • Proven track record of successful lead generation, prospecting, and sales.
  • Expertise in CRM platforms like Zoho and proficiency with tools like Apollo and ZoomInfo.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
  • Familiarity with Generative AI, Custom Application Development, and IT Services.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
