Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Sales and Marketing Growth Manager to drive revenue growth through sales and marketing initiatives. This role will oversee both the Inside Sales and Marketing teams, developing and executing strategies to maximize lead generation, customer acquisition, and overall sales performance.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement an effective sales strategy to drive growth in target markets, achieving sales targets, managing the sales pipeline, and converting leads into customers.
- Lead the Inside Sales team, monitoring and analyzing sales metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales processes.
- Work closely with the product and customer success teams to ensure seamless onboarding and customer satisfaction.
Key Performance Indicators:
- Increase revenue by at least 20% within the first year.
- Improve sales conversion rates by 30% through targeted marketing campaigns.
- Enhance customer relationships through regular communication and feedback.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
- 7+ years of experience in Sales and Marketing, with a focus on growth strategies.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth through sales and marketing initiatives.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., HubSpot) and Marketing automation tools.
Salary Information:
The estimated salary for this role is ₹1,200,000 per annum, based on industry standards and company averages.
