Your Impact

In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and development of Esco business under the guidance of our Global or Regional Sales Manager. A glimpse into your tasks includes:

· Planning sales calls and meetings for customer accounts.

· Communicating with customers about the benefits of Esco products and services, providing sales and product training, and offering necessary business support. This includes addressing technical questions, preparing project/tender documents, quotations, resolving service-related technical issues, and conducting joint-customer visits when required.

· Executing specific growth strategies aligned with global growth/business plan of the company.

· Monitoring and analyzing sales performance, forecasts, and pipelines.

· Preparing weekly and monthly sales and marketing reports for presentation to the Regional Sales Manager.

· Supporting new product launches, building and executing pre-planned strategies, including organizing exhibitions, webinars, email blast campaigns, and trainings.

· Translating marketing tools and collaterals accurately and precisely.

· Performing other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

· A diploma or degree in Embryology, Science, Engineering, or other relevant scientific fields.

· A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant sales experience.

· Candidates with relevant sales experience in scientific-related areas are encouraged to apply.

· Laboratory experience, including working with standard laboratory equipment, such as biosafety cabinets, incubators, fume hoods, etc., is advantageous.

· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

· Strong English language verbal and written skills.

· Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.

· Self-driven, result-oriented, and able to work well under pressure.

· Strong business acumen.

· Ability to work outside normal office hours when required to accommodate communication with stakeholders from different time zones.

· Willingness to travel overseas.
