**The Role:

We are seeking an experienced Sales and Revenue Growth Manager to join our dynamic business team. This role will report directly to the Chief Business Officer and will be responsible for managing the sales pipeline, building strong relationships with prospects, and ensuring they have a seamless experience from inquiry to booking. By providing top-notch customer service, you will help drive revenue growth and contribute to the continued success of The Experience Co.

**Key Responsibilities: **

  • Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing, ensuring a smooth and efficient customer journey.
  • Develop and manage sales documents, presentations, and proposals to support the sales process and enhance customer touchpoints.
  • Act as the voice of the customer internally, providing feedback and insights to improve sales strategies and offerings.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients, ensuring ongoing engagement and satisfaction.
  • Serve as the primary contact for any sales-related inquiries, addressing client questions or concerns promptly and professionally.

**Lead Management & Pipeline Growth:

  • Manage the sales pipeline, tracking leads, and opportunities to ensure a healthy flow of potential clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize lead generation efforts, ensuring that all leads are followed up in a timely manner.

**Revenue Growth:

  • Work closely with internal teams to maximize revenue opportunities, ensuring efficient sales operations.
  • Be accountable for meeting and exceeding individual and team sales targets, contributing to overall revenue growth.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to increase the value of each client.

**Estimated Salary Range:** ₹60 LPA - ₹80 LPA (dependent on experience)
