At Amazon Seller Services, we're on a mission to empower Indian retailers and help them scale their business through our innovative services. We're seeking a highly skilled Sales Excellence Manager to join our team in India. As a key member of our sales team, you'll play a vital role in driving business growth and customer satisfaction.
Job Description
We're looking for an experienced sales professional with a passion for e-commerce. In this role, you'll be responsible for:
- Identifying and recruiting new retailers that deliver competitive pricing and broad product selection on our platform.
- Training sellers on Amazon systems and processes to help them integrate with our product platform.
- Analyzing seller performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to increase sales.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- More than 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in an e-commerce environment.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, as well as the ability to articulate complex ideas simply.
- A proven track record of meeting sales targets and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
