Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Sales Channel Manager - Operations Excellence to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing sellers on the Flipkart Health+ platform, driving initiatives to scale business, and leading cross-functional teams to define, scope, plan, execute, and deliver exceptional business value on time.
Responsibilities:- Seller Management: Work closely with regional seller/partner base to build and grow their business on the platform.
- Operations Management: Own the terms of operations with seller partners to plan, track, and improve operations metrics like Order to Approval (O2A), Breach, SLAs, and Customer Promise.
- Planning & Trade Marketing: Develop sales plans and forecasts on a monthly and quarterly basis, drive programs to improve key shapeable metrics, and create impeccable in-store presence and promotional campaigns.
- Program Management: Coordinate with stakeholders across functions to enable support for the channel and programs, close working relationships with on-field sales teams, and drive adherence to processes and systems.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment, and strong analytical skills. We offer a competitive salary of ₹12,00,000 per annum and benefits including medical insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
