We are seeking an exceptional Healthcare Channel Sales Leader to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our market presence through strategic planning and execution.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales management, preferably with experience in Key Account Management or Category Management, and a proven track record of achieving volume and sales targets. Additionally, they should have excellent communication and people skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive roadmap to leadership for the Modern Trade Channel, aligning with the company's overall strategy and goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute category best practices and insights, driving common strategic initiatives that benefit both customers and the company.
  • Drive sales performance by effectively implementing sales strategies, identifying key challenges and enablers, and developing actionable plans to address them.
  • Buid mutually beneficial Joint Business Plans (JBP) with key customers, defining clear KPIs and review mechanisms to ensure successful collaboration.
  • Conduct regular reviews to monitor progress against JBP KPIs and work closely with customers to implement corrective actions when needed.
  • Prioritize and allocate available spends towards strategic focus areas and activities for chains and brands, ensuring maximum impact and ROI.
  • Work closely with the Go-To-Market Manager to track utilization and effectiveness of trade spends across various channels and activities.

Requirements:

  • MBA with 6-8 years' experience in sales management, preferably with exposure to Key Account Management or Category Management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
