Salary

The salary range for this position is estimated at ₹25 lakhs - ₹40 lakhs per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.

Job Description

We seek an accomplished CAD customization expert to join our esteemed client's team in Bangalore. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining tools and systems used for CAD processes.

Your primary objectives will include:

  • Collaborating with designers and internal teams to identify goals, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Creating models, technical drawings, and designs using CAD tools, while performing thorough testing, simulations, and troubleshooting.
  • Oversight of QA testing programs to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Developing processes to enhance software usage among the design/sales team and production team.
  • Coordinating with production staff to guarantee that engineered projects meet manufacturing standards and are ready for installation.
  • Training subordinate engineers as needed to handle increased volumes.
  • Effective communication with clients to address unique projects and any necessary changes to original designs, ensuring optimal outcomes with client approval.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • Extensive knowledge of CAD design techniques and proficiency in major CAD tools and programs.
  • Ug NX modeling and detailing expertise.
  • Proficiency in Ufunc and NX Open using C/C++ programming languages.
  • Familiarity with Win forms and Block UI styler.
  • Superior communication skills.
  • A bachelor's or graduate degree in electrical engineering, computer science, EEC, or a related field.
