Automotive Sales Manager

We are seeking a seasoned sales leader to drive business growth in the automotive domain. This role requires a strong background in sales management, leadership, and strategic planning.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in quota-carrying sales roles, with expertise in selling ERD services in Automotive or Rail industries. They should be proficient in managing large sales pipelines, forecasting, and reporting, as well as building relationships with VP and C-Level executives.

Key Responsibilities- Taking ownership of key client account management, leading direct sales quota roles by prospecting, qualifying, and capturing new opportunities.
- Building strong relationships with VP & C-Level executives and penetrating customer organizations both horizontally and vertically.
- Formulating impactful business strategies, forecasting, and business plans, engaging in account mining, cross-selling, and order booking.
- Regularly reviewing business outcomes and forecast performance, recommending customized solutions and business models.
- A minimum of 6 years of quota-carrying sales experience with a proven track record.
- Expertise in selling ERD services in Automotive or Rail industries.
- Proficient in managing large sales pipelines, forecasting, and reporting.
- A collaborative team player capable of coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
- Extensive knowledge in Sales Strategy, Revenue Generation, Demand Management, and Commercial Negotiations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-motivated with high energy and a team-oriented mindset.
