About Our Team
The Growth team at Apna focuses on user and revenue growth metrics across all business lines, including candidates and employers. We have played a key role in Apna's growth journey, becoming a clear market leader in the space within 18 months of product launch.
This achievement was made possible by managing multiple short and long-term levers, such as marketing, sales, search engine optimization, product changes, and partnerships.
We are looking for a talented Inside Sales Representative who excels in a fast-paced sales environment. As an inside sales rep, you will play a vital role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives.
You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and closing sales. In return, you will receive a competitive salary package, up to **₹3,00,000** (estimated), plus incentives.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
2. Understand customer needs and requirements
3. Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
4. Close sales and achieve monthly revenue targets
5. Research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest
6. Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned accounts
7. Perform effective online demos to high-value prospects
Requirements
1. Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
3. Strong listening and presentation skills
4. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
