Sales Growth Specialist

At Boomaa Consultants in India, we are seeking a talented Sales Growth Specialist to drive our business forward. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with new and existing customers, identifying sales opportunities, and closing deals.
About the RoleWe offer a competitive salary of ₹10,00,000 per annum, plus additional benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, and generous paid time off.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You should be proficient in English and Kannada, with a strong understanding of sales principles and practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Bid on new business opportunities and develop proposals to win clients
- Travel to customer sites to understand their needs and provide solutions
- Work closely with the sales team to identify and pursue new business leads
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales performance
- Contribute to the development of sales strategies and tactics to meet or exceed targets
