Job Overview

The Senior Sales Performance Manager will be responsible for overseeing the entire sales process, ensuring efficient strategies are in place, and evaluating the effectiveness of sales teams across various locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain strong customer relationships through regular communication and issue resolution.
  • Establish and meet sales targets to drive revenue growth and exceed expectations.
  • Analyze data to identify the most effective sales techniques and strategies.
  • Develop and implement territory sales and marketing plans tailored to customer needs.
  • Evaluate sales performance based on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and track competition within designated areas.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales within the Oil and Gas industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong understanding of the Oil and Gas market trends and customer needs.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additional benefits include health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
