Job Title: Sales Performance Director

About Us:

Zensciences is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Performance Director to join our team in Bangalore. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding our customer base, and ensuring the success of our sales team.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales representatives to drive revenue growth.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Presentation skills are required for presenting sales, revenue, and expenses reports to the management team.
  • Mentor and coach sales representatives to improve their performance and achieve targets.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in sales management or a related role.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Estimated Salary Range: ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,500,000 per annum.
