Residential Sales Director

We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Residential Sales Director to lead our Secondary Sales division. This is a senior role that requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills and a proven track record in primary sales.
Job Description:
- Accountable for the overall performance of the secondary sales business.
- Recruit, build, and lead a team of telesales and sales professionals dedicated to secondary sales.
- Set up scalable processes and frameworks to optimize sales efficiency and ensure seamless operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate individual performances and ensure thorough follow-up of the sales process with prospective clients.
- Develop and implement robust sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
- Conduct regular sales meetings to review performance and refine strategies.
Requirements and Skills:
- Proven work experience of 4-5 years in a sales role, preferably in the residential real estate industry.
- Ability to measure and analyze key performance indicators (ROI and KPIs).
- Excellent communication skills and industry knowledge.
- Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude.
