Job Description:Bold and ambitious individuals are required to fill the role of Residential High-End Sales Director at the RRBC Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue from the sales of Residential High-end Apartments.
In this critical position, you will conduct thorough market research to identify market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to gain a competitive edge. You will generate leads through various channels and ensure a steady flow of potential customers to the sales pipeline.
You will also initiate proactive sales calls to prospects, engaging them with compelling presentations and detailed information about the offerings. A well-maintained CRM database will track leads, customer interactions, and sales progress, enabling data-driven decisions to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue from the sales of Residential High-end Apartments.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to gain a competitive edge.
