Senior Residential Sales Lead

Prestige Group, a leading player in the real estate industry, is seeking an experienced Senior Residential Sales Lead to join our team. As a Senior Residential Sales Lead, you will play a key role in driving sales revenue and achieving business objectives.
Salary: ₹12,00,000 - ₹18,00,000 per annum (based on experience)
Job Description:
As a Senior Residential Sales Lead, your primary responsibility will be to lead the residential sales team and drive sales growth through effective planning, setting sales goals, analyzing data on past performance, and projecting future performance.
You will be responsible for maximizing sales revenue and projects profitability across all the projects, minimizing business risks, conceptualizing and implementing new schemes and promotional offers to increase sales velocity, guiding channel partners in preparation of sales pitches, closing maximum transactions, enrolling, training, and motivating new channel partners, designing metrics to set monthly sales targets, executing and overseeing team performance, maintaining cordial relations with channel partners, reviewing and ensuring proper execution documentation of application, agreements, and allotment.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed as a Senior Residential Sales Lead, you must have:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales leadership roles
- Demonstrated track record of driving sales growth and achieving business objectives
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
