Sales Execution Roles and Responsibilities

  • Prospect Conversion
  • Develop and execute strategies to convert prospects into customers by showcasing suitable primary residential properties that align with their investment needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contact and follow up with new prospective clients to establish business opportunities.
  • Utilize leads generated by the marketing team and create self-leads through local activities to convert prospects into customers.

  • A passionate, self-motivated, and hardworking individual with a strong desire to succeed in the residential real estate sector.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to understand prospect requirements.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Requirements

  • Graduation or MBA degree.
  • Previous experience in direct sales is an added advantage.

Additional Information

  • Able to attend developer meetings and channel partner orientations as required.
  • Will participate in negotiation meetings with buyers and sellers.
  • Provide after-sales services and assist in home loans for customers.
