Job Overview

We're seeking an experienced Residential Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team at NoBroker.com in Bangalore. This full-time position is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach, equipped to navigate the intricacies of the residential market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with potential clients via telephone to understand their property requirements and provide suitable solutions.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of NoBroker's offerings and effectively communicate these to clients.
  • Assist property owners and tenants through the sales process to ensure a smooth transaction experience.
  • Identify sales opportunities and convert them into successful transactions by persuasive communication.
  • Manage client queries and objections professionally, ensuring client satisfaction and resolution of issues.
  • Maintain and update accurate records of all client interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize sales strategies and implement effective solutions for clients.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly or quarterly sales targets set by the management team consistently.
