Job Title: Residential Real Estate Sales Manager

 

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Residential Real Estate Sales Manager to join our team at First Door Realty LLP. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and fostering strong client relationships.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in residential real estate sales, with a minimum of 4-6 years of experience. A degree in Real Estate, Business, or a related field is preferred, but not mandatory.

A competitive estimated salary range for this role is between $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, based on location and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end residential property transactions from lead generation to property registration.
  • Negotiate terms and close transactions effectively while maintaining transparency and client trust.
  • Oversee the sales process, monitor team performance, and provide constructive feedback for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • Proven success in handling high-value property transactions.
  • Proficiency in budgeting, financial analysis, and sales forecasting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and motivate the team.
